The Earl Winter Engineering Methodology
- The first step is the initial contact to evaluate the current process and determine if the client can benefit sufficiently from the new program. Our goal is to improve life, reliability, service, and cost benefit. If we can't accomplish all of these goals, we will tell you so in very straight forward terms. There is no fee for this service.
- If both parties agree to proceed, the second phase is to develop the program that will optimize boiler operations for the client. This will include recommendations for operator training needs, chemical program specifics, preventive maintenance program review and recommendations, boiler operation evaluation, and pricing. There is a fee for this service based on size of the project, location, etc.
- The client then has the option of implementing the program without further involvement or fees from Earl Winter Engineering, or retaining our services for a customized level of program management. In this case, the assessment fees will be applied to future program costs.
